Integration steps

Follow the steps below:

• Step 1: To integrate the Facebook channel and Facebook Messenger, you must access Integrations>Channels (https://go.botmaker.com/#/integrations/channels), and select the appropriate icon.

• Step 2 - Click on Connect.

• Step 3 - On the new screen, click Grant permissions to bot.

• Step 4 - A screen will open where you must enter your Facebook credentials.

• Step 5: Grant the necessary permissions to connect your Facebook account with the Botmaker platform. Click Save. 

• Step 6: You can now view the data of your connected account. By clicking the + icon, you can add a new account. You can also edit the permissions by clicking the buttonEdit permissions to the right of the screen.

You are all set! You have connected your Facebook page to the Botmaker platform!

Facebook Token

The Facebook Token has a validity of 60 days from its generation. Once that period has passed, you must renew the token following the steps detailed above.
