In this article you will find information about channel integration on the Botmaker platform.
Botmaker allows you to integrate multiple channels in order to centralize them on a single platform. Some channels can be integrated directly by users, while others require contact with our support team.
Note: Currently, direct integration is available for channels such as WhatsApp, Text Messages, Webchat, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Google Chat, Slack, and Mercado Libre, and others
For other channels like Google Business Messenger, Alexa, Google Assistant, and others, please contact our team at: support@botmaker.com.
To perform the integration, you need to access the Botmaker administration console with an account that has administrator permission.
You can better understand how to integrate with multiple channels (Menu > Settings > Channels).

Then, identify the channel and click on "connect":

Please note that you can connect CRMs, ad platforms, payment platforms, and other platforms by going to the “Channels and Integrations” menu.
