This article deals with the integration of the CRM RD Station into the Botmaker platform.
In this article, you will find information about the main features of RD Station and how to integrate them with the platform to optimize your sales and interaction with your customers. This document describes integration for both Bot Designer and intent chatbots (See Annex).

RD Station is a marketing tool that makes it possible to optimize your strategies, thus converting more leads and increasing your market presence from anywhere in the world through the Internet.
By integrating RD Station with Botmaker, you can import contacts and combine forms and communication channels such as WhatsApp and email. Likewise, you will have better information to analyze your campaigns and improve your results.
See how to complete the integration in the following step-by-step.
Step 1: Go to Menu>Settings>Integrations>CRMs (https://go.botmaker.com/#/integrations/crms). Select RD StationPlatform Marketing and click on Connect.
Step 2: Click on Grant Permissions to Bot
Step 3: Log in with the information for the RD Station account and click on Continue to proceed with the integration.
Step 4: Click on Connect.
Step 5: The system will redirect to the Botmaker platform, where the account is enabled to operate with RD Station.
Configuring RD Station contacts in Bot Designer
In the desired part of the flow, click on the Add block icon (+), then on Add action, and then on Crms>RD Station and select, one at a time, the three actions that are part of this integration:

When you select the action, a window will open with fields that you must fill in with the requested data:
2. Post an event to RD Station
When you select this action, a window will open with fields that you must fill in with the requested data. You can also add custom fields by clicking on Custom fields in the bottom corner of the screen:
3. Import data from RD Station
When you select this action, a window will open with fields that you must fill in with the requested data.
By clicking on Save after configuring each action, the blocks of these actions will be displayed in the conversational flow.
ANNEX: Configuring RD Station contacts in an intent chatbot
Step 1: Create the contacts that will be used with RD Station, as it is shown in the following screens. Then, go to Menu>Chatbots>Intents.
Click on “Create New Topic”. For better identification, we recommend the title “CRMs”.
Once the topic is created, click on +“New Intent”
Write the name of the intent
Add the triggers to run the intent for creating contacts
In the answers section, click on “+Action. Select “Create an RD Station CRM record”
Select the fields that will be saved with the user information. Click on Save.
Select Save.
Step 2: Sync the RD Station contacts by creating a new Topic under CRMs.
Add the triggers for this new intent. Continue with the steps as shown in the following screens.
Add the action “Import Data from RD Station”. Complete the required information.
In point 5, select the CRM fields to be imported into your user in the Botmaker platform. Click on Save.
Finally, select “Publish” to view the changes.
You are all set!! You can now start to optimize your sales, improve communication with your customers, and track your marketing campaigns.
