Automate the entire sales process and receive payments easily and quickly by connecting Mercado Pago to your bot.

How to perform the integration?

Go to Menu > Integrations, and select Mercado Pago. Next, click on Connect.

Once there, you need to fill out the fields:

• Mercado Pago - Client Identifier
• Mercado Pago - Client Secret Identifier
• Mercado Pago - Currency Type

Then go to Menu > Chatbots, where it's necessary to configure three intents for the bot to automatically generate the payment process:

• An intent with the action "Mercado Pago link creation" for the bot to generate the link automatically.
• An intent for successful payment.
• An intent for payment rejection.

How to manually send the Mercado Pago link?

1. In the upper margin of the chat interface, you will see a "$" symbol.

2. Click on the "$" symbol to access the fields where you can enter the necessary information to generate the link.

The end customer will be able to click on the link sent to make the payment.

Depending on whether the payment was successful or not, they will receive the response in the conversation.

The transaction ID will be saved in the variable $paymentOrderId.

Note: Currently, this integration only allows sending of a single product. Remember to specify the product name, quantity, price, and the variable where you will save this information.

Done! You have now integrated Mercado Pago to automate the sales process and payment management.
