How to integrate Zoho CRM?

In this article you will find information about the main features of Zoho CRM and how to integrate it with the platform to boost your sales and increase your revenue.



Zoho CRM allows you to create connections and record sales, tasks, and customer interactions through a multipurpose digital contact book to facilitate your company's marketing management.


By integrating Zoho CRM with Botmaker, you will be able to import contacts and combine communication channels such as WhatsApp and email to resolve and automate customer service on any channel. This way, you can manage leads, customers, business deals, and accounts more effectively and in a centralized manner.


See how to perform the integration in version 1.0 and in Bot Designer (v2.0).


Step 1: Go to Channels and Integrations > CRM Platforms. Select Zoho CRM and click Connect.



Step 2: Click Give Permissions to the Bot.



Step 3: Log in with your Zoho account details and click Next to continue with the integration. A new screen will open where you must grant access to the requested information. Click Accept.



Step 4: On the Botmaker platform, you will now be able to see the account enabled to operate with Zoho CRM. Click Save.




How to configure Zoho in Bot Designer?


Step 1: Create the contacts you will use with Zoho CRM, as shown in the following screens. To do this, go to Menu > Chatbots > Chatbots.



Step 2: In the flow, you will find available the actions corresponding to your integration with ZohoCRM+ both for creating a record and for incorporating data from Zoho into your bot.



How to configure Zoho in 1.0?


Go to Chatbots.



Click “Create New Topic.” For better identification, it is recommended to title it “CRMs.”



Once the topic is created, click +“New Intent or Topic.”



Type the name of the intent:



Add the triggers to execute the intent to create contacts:


In the responses section, click “+Action. Select "Create a Record in ZohoCRM.”



Done! You can now connect, manage, and automate all your company's processes and get better results.
