Botmaker allows you to answer all queries on your Instagram and Facebook wall with a chatbot or with multiple customer service agents simultaneously, in a simple and centralized way.

You will see the comments in the chats tab within the platform and your team will be able to interact directly from there. If you want to automate comments, we suggest creating a specific bot for this integration, given that its responses have to comply with the specific limitations of social networks.

Limitations

The limitations are as follows: the bot cannot have a menu and the text of its responses must not exceed 220 characters. In addition, it is recommended to always remember that this bot will be for public comments, so its responses may often differ from those provided for private conversation.

Remember that you can create a specific bot to respond to queries and comments at no cost.

Below you will learn how to connect each channel.
