How to connect Linkedin to Botmaker?
LinkedIn is a social network aimed at business use: business and employment. Starting from the profile of each user, who freely reveals their work experience as well as their skills, the website connects millions of companies and employees.
How is the integration done?
The integration of LinkedIn with Botmaker is native and you can easily do it through the integrations page, which you can access from https://go.botmaker.com/#/integrations/channels/ (Settings > Channels, selecting Linkedin as an option).
Integrate your LinkedIn account to perform the following actions:
- Automate your comments on posts
- Reply to comments from the LiveChat platform
The steps to make the connection are:
To connect the channel, the user must have administrator permission on the company page of that page on LinkedIn.
This is done directly from Linkedin.
Enter your LinkedIn credentials and give access to Botmaker.
Once access is granted, all pages available to connect will be displayed. If one was already connected previously, it will be grayed out and cannot be selected.
