What will you see when you log in to the Botmaker platform?

This article describes the features and tools available in the Botmaker platform.


In this article, you will learn about the different features and tools available in the Botmaker platform to manage and personalize your project. You will discover how to design the behavior of chatbots, train them with generative AI, develop advanced code, manage variables and constants, segment users, manage conversations, send notifications, obtain reports and metrics, and configure specific options for your project.

General platform access screen: Identify your project and the help, profile, and news sections.


Once you log in to the platform, you will see the following screen:



At the top of the menu, you can see the name of the project you are working on. You will also find relevant technical information about your project, such as the account ID, business ID, etc.


On the right side of the screen, you will have access to platform news, the help section, and the user profile.


News:


Here you will find information about releases, updates, and other relevant news about events and functionalities of the Botmaker platform.


Profile:


In this section, you can configure your user profile, which includes adjusting your preferences, changing the language, logging out, and accessing other account-related settings. 


Help:


In this section, you will find all the information and support necessary to resolve your doubts and issues and access the platform documentation. 



Platform navigation menu:


The navigation menu is located on the left side of the screen and provides access to the different functionalities of the platform. You can find all the tools to manage and personalize your project here.

 The navigation menu consists of the following sections:


  • Search: Here, you can perform precise searches in the platform menu.

  • Home: Here, you will find news, the project name, and its related information, as well as useful shortcuts.

  • Chatbots: In this section, you can design the behavior of your chatbots and create conversational flows to define how your chatbots interact with users, thus customizing their behavior according to your needs. Additionally, you can access the following functionalities and tools:
    • Knowledge base: Allows you to train your chatbots with generative AI. Here, you can also add and modify terms to improve your chatbot's performance and ensure it correctly understands user queries.
    • Recommendations: In this section, you can view and edit the terms that the chatbot did not understand.
    • Code: This section allows you to develop code to configure more advanced behaviors in your chatbots. You can add custom functions and make more precise adjustments to the conversational flows of your chatbots.
    • Variables and constants: In this section, you can create and edit variables and constants for your project to achieve better performance. 
    • Segments: This section allows you to manage users to personalize the notifications you send.
    • Entities: In this section, you can create your own database to customize the configuration of your variables, as well as define entities and assign corresponding values to improve the personalization of your project. 

  • Conversations: In this section, you can manage your chats, contacts, quick responses, and service queues. You can also: 
    • View and manage active chats,
    • Review contacts,
    • Use quick responses and stickers for faster and more efficient interaction,
    • Manage service queues to track user queries and ensure a timely response.

  • Notifications Engine: In this section, you can create and manage individual and group notifications and send WhatsApp templates.

  • Dashboards: In this section, you can access real-time session and agent metrics, as well as filter by specific periods. The dashboard feature allows you to obtain valuable information about the performance of your agents and make informed decisions to improve your results.

  • Configuration: In this section, you can connect channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, etc.), and perform integrations with different platforms, CRMs, the Botmaker API, and webhooks. Additionally, you can manage agents and make general and advanced configurations. Other relevant features of this section include:
    • Change history: Here, you can manage and have a record of the changes made in your project. This way, you can access a detailed history to track modifications and changes.
    • Account: In this section, you can access your profile and manage your account information. Additionally, you can manage your products and services, manage payment methods, and configure budget control.


With all these features and tools, you can effectively manage your project within the Botmaker platform, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency in your business.
