Botmaker is an innovative platform that allows you to create chatbots and automate your customer support tasks easily. Follow the steps below to access the platform.

Step 1: Click on the go.botmaker.com link.

Step 2: Choose the appropriate option based on the email address to which your platform membership invitation was sent. If your email is associated with a Google account, simply log in with Google. Otherwise, enter the email address where you received the platform invitation in the provided field.

Step 3: Enter your email password. This password should be the same one you use to log in to your email account. Rest assured that your information is protected. Additionally, you can refer to this article for more information on secure access to the platform.

Step 4: Welcome to the Botmaker platform! This is what the login screen looks like, giving you access to a world of possibilities and customization options for your chatbots once you have logged in.

Login with SSO (Single sign-on)

Single sign-on grants employees and authorized users access to applications with a single set of credentials and is based on user identity and permissions, rather than forcing users to memorize multiple secure passwords. Single sign-on relies on SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language), a secure and unobtrusive protocol for authenticating users in the cloud, mobile devices, legacy systems, and local applications.

How to configure SSO in Botmaker?

To set up SSO in Botmaker, you need to contact your account manager or Support via help.botmaker.com.

The requirements are as follows:

1. 1. Connection XML: this is an XML generated by the SAML protocol of your Identity Manager. For example, in this image, point 1 is the domain, point 2 is the XML, and point 3 is the entityID provided by the support team or account manager. 

B.Connection domain: must refer to the user and is what you must type in the platform login, as shown in the image below (red box).
