What is Botmaker Co-pilot?
Botmaker Co-pilot is a feature that uses artificial intelligence to suggest answers to agents. The engine uses proprietary and Open AI´s artificial intelligence models. This way, customer service agents can interact more efficiently, providing accurate and personalized answers in less time. The technology is also designed to provide thoughtful and contextual responses and improves continuously based on interactions with users.

How to use Co-pilot:
To take advantage of this feature, go to Menu > Conversations > Chats, and click on Suggest answers, as shown in the following video:
You will be able to view the configuration button to access and enable or disable the feature and a toolbar to attach files and send stickers, gifs, emojis, and audio files.
The suggested response button allows you to efficiently predict the responses that agents provide to customers using our platform at the time of the conversation.
Empathetic responses are generated with lots of contextual information, which the agent will have the possibility to edit. In turn, the joint work of OpenAI and Botmaker’s artificial intelligence allows the continuous improvement of these responses, which can be applied in future conversations with similar contexts.
Here we show the evolution of the beginning of a project, where the agents are answering the user’s questions and as the conversations become repetitive, the answers start to be generated through the chatbot.
