Each created intent must have the structure of a response, which can be a single response or a structured response sequence or action. This way, when an intent is activated, the bot will execute everything defined in the "responses" screen. It will do so in the order the contents are found and according to the data you wish to request from the customer to continue with the service.
To know the correct formats for each conversation element on different platforms compatible with Botmaker, visit the article "Technical Restrictions on Responses". After creating the responses, you must save and publish the intent you created.

You can configure wait times in your bot's responses. This functionality is especially useful when multiple responses are sent together, allowing a short time between one message and the next so the user can comfortably view everything. Setting it up is very easy! You can do it for specific responses or apply it to all your bot's responses. To configure timing for specific responses, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Menu > Intents and select the intent containing the response you want to configure.
Step 2: In the response, you will see the following option:
Step 3: Choose the time you want, click save, and you're done!
If you want to configure this feature for all your bot's responses, go to Menu > Settings > Bot
There you will find the following option:
Choose the number of seconds you want, and you're all set! Now all your bot's responses will have that timing.
