When it comes to customer service, sometimes it's necessary to have a protocol number to streamline operations and better manage customer information. That's why in this article, we'll show you a simple way to set up your bot to send a protocol for each generated conversation.
To define the protocol, first click on "Add an element."
The protocol will be defined by combining information from two or more variables using the "define variable" action, which will display all this information in a specific variable. In the following example, we are using the variable ${protocol} and combining it with two variables, in this case ${currentDay}${cpf}1234
Note: The variables used to generate the protocol are up to your discretion.
After defining this action in the flow, it's important to use the "protocol" variable or any other variable you use for this purpose somewhere in the flow:
