Article about data validation in an intent chatbot
This article details how to edit or delete intents and topics you previously created on the platform in an intent chatbot (chatbots created before December 2021).

Edit a topic
In the intent chatbot where you need to make changes, click the topic you want to edit.
Make any changes you want, and then click Save.
You can also add new themes or intentions associated with the main theme or modify existing ones.
Edit an intent
Click on the intent you want.
You can edit the intent name, triggers, responses, add text responses, questions, items, add actions, etc. Remember to click Save to save the changes.
You can also turn the intent on or off by clicking the slider bar on the right.
Note: You need to click on Publish so that the changes are added to your chatbot and are visible to other users.
Likewise, in an intent chatbot, being able to edit intents and topics provides the flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and keep content up to date.
