On this page, you will learn how to create responses to bot intents using the "Media" option.

By pressing "Add Block" and then "Add Bot Response," you can add any type of file to the chat, such as images, videos, audios, among others.

TIP: When uploading a photo, you can adjust the content of the image as you see fit.

Sizes and formats must adhere to each channel's guidelines. For more details, refer to: Technical Restrictions on Responses.

NOTE: WhatsApp currently does not allow sending stickers.

Specifications

Video:

• WhatsApp: MP4 format up to 16MB.
• Facebook Messenger and WebChat: MP4 format, preferably not larger than 5MB.
• Telegram: MP4 format up to 50MB.
• Twitter: Detailed specifications here.
• MercadoLibre: Not supported.
• Google Actions: Not supported.

Audio:

• WhatsApp: AAC, MP4, AMR, MPEG, OGG formats up to 16MB.
• Facebook Messenger and WebChat: MP3 format, preferably not larger than 5MB.
• Telegram: MP3 format up to 20MB.
• Twitter: Not supported.
• MercadoLibre: Not supported.
• Google Actions: Supports Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML) format MP3 and OGG, with 24k samples per second. Size should not exceed 5MB and less than 120 seconds duration.

Images:

• WhatsApp: JPEG, PNG formats up to 5MB.
• Facebook Messenger and WebChat: JPG, GIF (<75 frames), and PNG (recommended). Size should respect the aspect ratio of 1.91:1 (e.g., 1200x628px).
• Telegram: JPG, GIF (<75 frames), and PNG (recommended). Maximum size is 5MB.
• Twitter: JPG, GIF (< 350 frames), WEBP, and PNG (recommended). Maximum size is 5MB for images and 15MB for GIF.
• MercadoLibre: Not supported.
• Google Actions: JPG, GIF, and PNG formats sized at 128x232dp.

Note: You can now also send photos and/or videos in your WhatsApp notifications.
