How to request a user to change their account password in order to control access to the platform and maintain security.
What does this feature entail?
In Options > Agents (https://go.botmaker.com/#/users), for agents whose login method is email-based and whose role hierarchy is below the current user, you can request a forced password change by clicking the Request Password Change button.
You will see a dialog informing that the agent will be logged out from all devices and will need to create a new password:
Upon clicking Confirm, the agent will need to enter their access email and after clicking Next, they must input their current password, as shown in the following image:
Next, a form will appear for them to enter a new password. The user will be able to log back into the platform once this step is completed.
These measures will help you operate securely on the platform by implementing control measures when necessary.
