What is BotPage?

BotPage is the bot page. It is a URL that allows you to share your bot with whoever you want.

How to enter BotPage?

There are 2 ways to access the BotPage link.

Bot Designer:

In the upper right corner is the “Share bot” button (it can be seen with the text or collapsed and only show the icon).

When you position yourself on the button, two options will appear. “Copy Chatbot URL” and “Go to Chatbot Page”

“Copy chatbot URL” will allow you to share the URL with anyone. By default it is a public access that allows you to interact with the chatbot. You will be able to change the settings in the Settings gear.

“Go to Chatbot page” automatically directs you to the Chatbot page in another tab.

Home / Home page:

At the start of the Botmaker page you will see the “My Bots” section and you will have a list of your Bots to share.

When you hover your mouse over the bot title, 3 options appear:

• Edit in Botdesigner (direct button to edit that bot).
• Open Bot (opens the bot in a new tab).
• Copy link (copy the link to share it by another means).

Which is the BotPage link?

The platform automatically generates a unique URL for each Bot, but you have the possibility to modify it in Settings. Keep in mind that the URLs have to be unique, so if it is already in use, you will have to change the link.

What is BotPage like?

BotPage is the Bot page. Upon entering, the person who interacts with the Bot will have the same experience as if it were a ChatBot.

In the menu on the left you can see the different sessions that occur in that link with that user.
