This article describes all the requirements for using the Botmaker platform.

Software

The platform is hosted in the cloud and operates through a web page. It only requires a web browser, we recommend Google Chrome. Supports version 65 onwards (2018 version).

Hardware

The minimum requirements for the platform to function properly are:

• Operating system: Windows 7 or higher.
• Processor: a 2.5 GHz core or higher (32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64))
• Memory: 2 GB of RAM (32 bits) or 4 GB of RAM (64 bits)
• Hard disk: 1 GB of free space (may be higher in cases of a bot with high multimedia content)

Internet connection

An internet connection is necessary to access the platform.

It must have broadband that transmits: 60 kb/s download and 40 kb/s upload. These values may vary depending on the communication channels, if there is more or less multimedia content (images, audios, videos, etc.).
