In this article, you will learn about the “Individual Agent” flow in Mailbots.
In step 3 of creating a new mailbox, you can choose who will serve the mailbox.
When you click on “Agent”, the option of which agent will manage the emails received by the mailbox is displayed.
Once you have finished creating the box, the basic bot flow will be created.
The difference this flow has is that it has the “Out of Office” setting, allowing you to configure what happens in that case.
If you want an individual account to be attended to by a support team, you must select “Team” in step 3 of the box creation.
