What is the “Customer Support Team” workflow?

In this article you will learn what the “Customer Support Team” flow is.


In step 3 of creating a new mailbox, you can choose who will serve the mailbox.


When you click on “Team”, you will see the option of which queue will handle the emails received by the mailbox.




Once you have finished creating the box, the basic bot flow will be created.


The difference this flow has is that it does not have the “Out of Office” setting, since when it is attended by multiple agents, the account should not be deactivated.

If you want an individual account attended by a single agent, you must select “Agent” in step 3 of the box creation.
