The first step in configuring the block is to choose whether to add any boxes in Copy or Blind Copy.

Then, there are two possible ways to reply to an email: Generative Response and Textual Response.

Generative response:

The first option is “Content Base”.

This will feed information to the Generative Artificial Intelligence to answer. For example, if a file with information about chatbots is uploaded, the AI ​​will use that knowledge to answer.

One or more content bases can be chosen.

This allows us to organize the response that Artificial Intelligence will generate.

You can add as many blocks as you need, taking into account the following suggestions:

• Be clear and concise with what you expect it to say.
• Avoid ambiguities or contradictions
• Block titles will help AI to better draft the email and locate where that information is.

It is important to test how the email is generated.

Textual response:

This block has a text editor designed for email. You can choose the font, sizes, insert images, attachments and hyperlinks.
