How to add actions in Bot Designer?
To add actions in Bot Designer, in the part of the conversational flow you want, click the + button to choose the action you need. Remember that you can type the desired action in the search bar.
By clicking “Add action”, you’ll see a dropdown menu with the different types of actions available to add to your flow.
Action: Send email
