To check if there is an Internet connection problem, or if you are facing an issue with our platform, follow the step by step below.

  • Step 1: On your computer, look for the Wi-Fi icon and verify that it is connected and has Internet access.

  • Step 2: Within the platform, check that the offline mark does not appear. This indicates that you do not have internet or that you have limited connectivity.

  • Step 3: Enter the link https://www.speedtest.net/ and perform a speed test. You must select your server, validate that the speed is normal (latency), and share the test images.

  • Step 4: Try logging in from another server and from another device, such as a smartphone, with Wi-Fi on. If it doesn't work, try accessing it from the device with mobile data (3G, 4G, etc.).

  • Step 5: Access from an incognito window other pages that are not stored in your device's cache (these are pages that you have not accessed or do not usually access). If you can't log in, you probably have a problem with your Internet connection.

Note: It is important to note that the platform is designed especially for the Google Chrome web browser. Firefox also works and we have seen no problems. Other browsers such as Safari have problems loading certain tools and platform features.
