Editing and deleting interaction blocks in Bot Designer gives you full control over your bot configuration. With just a few clicks, you can make quick changes and adjust as needed. Likewise, in an intent chatbot, you can edit the intents and topics in case they are no longer necessary, the content needs to be updated, or there are new flow possibilities for customers.

When you click on an interaction block, a series of options displayed allows you to perform specific actions. These actions include adding a note, copying the block, moving it to another part of the flow, or deleting it entirely, as shown below:



Likewise, by clicking on the block, you can easily edit its content and save the changes.
