How to create generative audio messages from the Bot Designer.

Inside the “Audio Message” button there is a tab called Generative to Audio, which allows you to write a command to create messages with generative AI.

To enrich the content of the message, you can use different tools.

You can:

• Use an external knowledge source. This will allow Artificial Intelligence to feed the message with specific knowledge. (allowed formats: )
• Include the use of variables in the message. By entering the “$” symbol, the variables you have in your bot will be displayed, so that the bot will use it and say it in the message.

You can limit the maximum number of words you want the Bot to respond to, the voice it will use, and the tone of the message.

Keep in mind that you have to write a prompt for the generative audio to work. An example could be “Respond to the customer about the opening hours we have at the store” and it was reported in an external knowledge source.

Finally, you can test the generated audio by clicking on the play icon on the right and make changes, if necessary, until you reach a final version. Then you must click Save.
