The AI Event Report is Botmaker's official channel for reporting incidents, concerns, or suspicions related to our artificial intelligence systems. You fill it out in an online form, and you can submit it anonymously: all reports are confidential and protected against retaliation.

You can:

• Report a technical incident detected in a Botmaker AI system.
• Flag a suspected bias, discrimination, or ethically questionable behavior.
• Alert us to a possible security vulnerability.
• Share a general concern about the use of AI on the platform.
• Submit your report with your contact details or anonymously.

How to submit a report

Step 1: Open the form

Go to the AI Event Report form. You don't need a username or password to access it.

Step 2: Fill it out and submit

Answer the questions in the form and click Submit (Enviar). Your contact details are optional, so you can leave them blank if you prefer to report anonymously.

Note: if you leave your email, the team can contact you for more details. If you report anonymously, your report is still reviewed, but you won't receive a direct reply.
