From Bot Designer you can customize the configuration of the buttons and option lists for WhatsApp. 

Outside of the configurations that the keypads have, you can particularly configure the keypads of the WhatsApp channel.

Buttons

In order to enable the WhatsApp List settings, you must click on the “Enable specific settings for WhatsApp” box.

Having clicked on the box, you can now configure a header to accompany the button panel. 

You can choose between different types of headers: 

-Text

-Image

-Document

-Video

-None (empty header)

In addition, when you are editing the content in the options on the left, you will automatically see the changes reflected on the screen on the right, which simulates the WhatsApp chat.

Apart from the header, you can configure the text before the options and a footer here.

List

To enable WhatsApp List settings, you must click on the “Enable specific settings for WhatsApp” box.

After clicking the box, you can configure a header to accompany the button panel. The header may only be in text format.

You will be able to configure the text prior to the options and you will be able to title the list of options.

Remember that all the changes you make in the options on the left will be reflected in the preview on the right, which simulates a WhatsApp chat.

Button with link

To configure a button with link as shown in the image, the button panel must have only one button. If there are more buttons, it will not appear as shown.

That button should be added as “Button with link”.

In the configuration you must add the text that accompanies the link. Below, the URL that is displayed on the button.
