What`s the feature about?

Botmaker Webhooks for WhatsApp offers a technical solution that allows you to receive administrative changes (events) from a WhatsApp line through a Webhook. In this way, by accessing https://go.botmaker.com/#/webhooks, you will be able to monitor changes in real time. You will also be able to monitor the quality of the WhatsApp line, the quality of the templates, that is, if they fit the needs of what you want to communicate, and their status.

Botmaker Webhooks for WhatsApp also allows you to approve name changes. For more information about this feature, we recommend that you refer to the official Meta documentation. 

Note: Remember that, to set up a new webhook, it is necessary to access Configuration>Integrations>Webhooks and click + New Webhook. There you must choose the option WhatsApp Administration. You can also edit an existing webhook by clicking the edit button pencil shown in the illustrations in the next section).
