How does general Natural Language work with instructions?

Since the creation of Bot Designer with AI Agents, there is a new possibility when designing the natural language flow, using Generative Artificial Intelligence.


How do I add natural language with artificial intelligence?


In the chatbot’s Bot Designer, we can add natural language blocks at points in our flow that we see fit. We just need to hover over the “Add user input” section and then choose the first “Natural language” option.



In the first tab called “General” you can configure it with Generative Artificial Intelligence.


It is necessary to provide an instruction (prompt) in the “Instructions” block so that the Artificial Intelligence understands when to activate the flow.

At the bottom of the “Instructions” block there are different templates to guide you on how to write the instruction.



Once Generative Artificial Intelligence understands the instruction, it can direct the user to the flow that accompanies this natural language
