Bot Designer with AI Agents is a new version with Generative AI. You can now increase the capabilities of your bots with generative AI. Create generative bots, use predefined templates, and design flows easily, making it easier to create more efficient experiences for your users.

What is enabled with Bot Designer with AI Agents?

With Bot Designer with AI Agents, the following features are automatically enabled:

-AI Agent: Block within the chatbot that allows, through generative artificial intelligence, to meet an objective in a conversation, without the need to design block by block with textual responses.

-Content bases - Ununderstood flow: Respond with the content base to messages not interpreted by the flows.

-General natural language: Allows you to configure the “Natural language” blocks through a brief instruction, achieving greater understanding with generative artificial intelligence.

-Buttons: Without the need to enter a “Natural language” block below the button, with Botmaker Gen activated, it automatically understands if the user writes the word on the button.

How to enable Bot Designer with AI Agents, if it is not active?

From the toolbar on the left of the screen, you must enter the “Identity and preferences” menu.

Once inside, activate generative mode from the check on the screen.

When activated, a new tab appears that allows you to configure the bot's generative identity. To learn how to configure this section, see the article “How to configure the Bot's identity and preferences?”.

If your bot was created after 11/26/2024, it will already be active and you will not find the “Activate generative agent” check.
