Sending SMS Notifications

• Create the user group by entering Name, Description, and the Channel assigned to the group.
• On the next screen, you'll be able to determine the column where a given value for the variable is located.
• 
• In the case of SMS, this refers to the user's phone number to which the notification will be sent.
• Create the notification by selecting the user group created in the previous step.
• On the next step, configure the Text intent to be sent.
• After the message to be sent, you can create and configure a specific Chatbot so that, when the user replies, they're assigned to that Chatbot to continue the desired flow.
