What are reactions?

As its name indicates, this function is used to react to messages in the chat with specific emojis without the need to write words.

These emojis can be used to react to texts, photographs, videos and even files that are shared in a private or group conversation.

By clicking on the gray arrow to the right of the user's message, you will see 6 main reactions on the chat screen and you can display many more by clicking on the “+”. 

Remember that:

• You can only add one reaction per message.
• It is not possible to hide reactions from the user.

At the moment it is only available for the integration of the WhatsApp channel.
