The possibility of starring messages in your conversations is a feature that Botmaker incorporated to improve your conversation management experience.

Recently, we have added a new feature to our platform to improve your experience when managing your conversations and chats.

Accessing the chat screen: Menu>Conversations (https://go.botmaker.com/#/chats), you can select the conversation that interests you most. Once there, you simply have to click on the conversation panel, to the left of the message you want. When you do this, a menu will be displayed with several options, including the possibility of replying, starring, or blocking the message.

Additionally, in the information window for the selected conversation (on the right of the screen), you can see the messages you have highlighted in greater detail. This function will allow you to have quick and easy access to those messages that you consider relevant or important within the conversation.

On the other hand, on the left side of the chat screen, you will be able to see the multimedia files and documents that the user sent in the chat. This will make it even easier to manage information within each chat and will allow you to have everything you need at hand in one place.

The advantages it offers refer to organizing your conversations more efficiently, which avoids the need to search for lost messages in long chat threads. In addition, you can have quick access to files and links shared in each conversation.
