What information will you find in the sessions and user report?


In this article, you will find information about the report of sessions and users available in the section Dashboards of the platform (https://go.botmaker.com/#/dashboards

Through this report, you can obtain session and user data easily and quickly. In this way, the screen shown below displays the initial screen of the report with details of the applied filters.

Filter

The report offers the following filters for data analysis:

  • Time frame - see time, day, week, or month
  • Agent - view by agent intervention, or only the bot, only specific agent
  • Queues - view by service queues configured in the account
  • Channels - filter by channel registered and selected in the account
  • Topic - filter by selected topic, according to the topics created in the platform intentions tab
  • Tags (labels): -filter according to the tags configured in the project
  • Con NPS - filter by session that triggered NPS scoring (scale from 0 to 10)
  • User activity - with answer / without answer
  • To see - only new/all users
  • Include the current period - yes/no




Graphics

Macro view

  • Grand totals 
    • Total sessions:  total sessions carried out on the platform according to the period consulted
    • Users - total unique users according to the period consulted
  • Sessions with agents 
    • Sessions in which an agent spoke in the period consulted.
    • Sessions closed by agents in the period consulted.
  • Number of messages: total messages sent by users, by the chatbot, and by agents in the period consulted.




View most mentioned topics, agents, and channel

  • Main topics mentioned - list of active top themes according to the selected period
  • Sessions with agents - the percentage of sessions carried out with agents and with the chatbot
  • Channel distribution - distribution of sessions by channel (WhatsApp, email, etc.), in the period consulted.




Periods

  • Diary - daily sessions view with session lines, users, and sessions with agents
  • Weekly - weekly session view with session lines, users, and sessions with agents
  • Monthly - monthly session view with session lines, users, and sessions with agents




By channel

  • Diary - view of daily sessions carried out according to the channel used
  • Weekly - view of the weekly sessions carried out according to the channel used
  • Monthly - view of the monthly sessions carried out according to the channel used




By demand (schedule)


This graph consists of a board that shows a scale of days of the week by time to analyze the moments of greater demand depending on the sessions that were held.
