On this page, you will find information on how to delete variables or tags in the Botmaker platform.

After creating a variable or tag, you can delete it so it is no longer available for use. To better understand how this process is done, you can watch the video or follow these steps: [video link: tagVar.mp4]

• Step 1 - Access the "Variables" (menu left sidebar > Chatbots > Variables).

• Step 2 - To find the variable/tag you want to delete, you can use the search tool located in the top right corner or the scrollbar on the right.

• Step 3 - After finding the variable/tag you want to delete, click on the trash can icon on the right side.

• Step 4 - Finally, click "confirm" to complete. As a result, the variable/tag will no longer be available for use.

Note: Variables identified as "Predefined Variables" cannot be deleted as they are standard variables in the Botmaker platform.
